Campaign Story

My name is Silvia and I have PCOS. PCOS is a hormonal imbalance that affects how my ovaries function. Unfortunately, I do not ovulate normally or at all which has made it very difficult for my husband and I to start a family. We have been trying for the past 9 years with IUI cycles and medication and have been unsuccessful. It has taken a financial and emotional toll on us and we have reached a point where we have to move on to trying IVF. In the time of trying I have lost my father to cancer before he could meet any babies I may have. We would love the support to be able to start our family and to be able to have my dad watch over us and our future babies.
