Campaign Story

My name is Sumer, I’m 42 and my husband is 35. Since I was the young age of 18, I have had two daughters that were stillborn, followed by years of tubal cysts which ultimately resulted in the removal of my tubes two years ago.
After I delivered our stillborn angel 9 years ago & before the removal of my tubes, my husband and I tried everything within our budget to get pregnant and have a healthy baby but with no success.

When I was told 2 years ago that I would need to get my tubes removed, we were devastated. I thought our dream was over, largely because I never saw us having the funds to try IVF.
But now, it’s 2021 and with the help of Gift of Parenthood, we’ve found Costal Fertility & their $8,000 IVF program. And now the spark of hope has been reignited! The only issue we face now is gathering the funds before my age prohibits us from having the baby we’ve wanted for so long.

I am asking for you to help us beat “my clock” by donating to our fundraiser. We are seeking assistance with the financial burden of IVF and genetic testing, and we would be honored and so grateful if you could help!
