My name is Melinda. For as long as I can remember, becoming a mother has been one of my deepest dreams. It is not just a goal, but a part of who I am and the life I have always envisioned for myself. Over the years, that dream has been met with repeated heartbreak, challenges, and emotional struggles that I never expected to face.
I have spent years trying to conceive, holding onto hope through every disappointment.
Each negative result has carried not only sadness, but a sense of loss for the future I have longed for. Infertility has impacted every part of my life, including my marriage, which ultimately ended in divorce back in 2022. The pain of losing both a relationship and the dream of starting a family at the same time has been incredibly difficult to carry. Despite everything, my desire to become a mother has never faded. If anything, these experiences have made me more resilient and more certain of the kind of loving, committed parent I want to be. I continue to believe that I have so much love to give, and i am ready to provide a stable, nurturing, and supportive home for a child. The financial burden of IVF is one of the greatest barriers standing between me and this dream. While I am fully committed to doing everything I can on my own, the cost of treatment is overwhelming and beyond what I can manage alone. Receiving this fundraiser would not just provide financial assistance, it would give me a real chance at building the family I have been fighting for over the years. This journey has tested me in ways I never imagined, but it has also shown me my strength, perseverance, and hope.
