Campaign Story

Greetings! My name is Kris and with the Love and Partnership I get from my wife Brittany we are the Dynamic duo raising 2 wonderful children. Our 12yr old son and 4yr old daughter were conceived prior to our marriage, we high risk and carried by me. For 12 years Brittany has been a solid friend, coworker and genuine confidant before she finally agreed to a date. Now that we have finally gotten married and that she is working on her post graduate degree ; we feel that to make our family truly whole and fulfill another dream we collectively share would be for Brittany to be able to experience the gift of carrying a child /children. We both have incomplete medical histories due to both her Mother’s and my adoption. Brittany also has concerns due to her menstruation starting when she was 9. I would carry again but after our daughter my body struggled to recover and the difficulty of the ordeal has left me with additional ptsd. Because we are a same sex union our medical benefits do not cover fertility; citing that our unwillingness to attempt “natural insemination” as a refusal of options. Not to mention we both agree that our child will be ours to raise just like our current to. Please help me honor one of the many vows I have made to a phenomenal woman!
