Campaign Story

Hi, we’re Dayle and Brooke. We are a married couple, both nurses, and proud parents to our daughter, Andy. Becoming parents has been the greatest joy of our lives, but our journey to parenthood has never been simple.

As an LGBTQ+ couple, growing our family requires donor sperm, fertility treatments, and significant financial investment. We were fortunate to welcome Andy after our first fertility journey, though she arrived prematurely and spent 41 days in the NICU. That experience only deepened our gratitude for parenthood and our desire to continue growing our family.

For the past several years, we have been trying to give Andy a sibling. We’ve completed multiple fertility treatment cycles, experienced countless disappointments, and invested thousands of dollars pursuing our dream of another child. Despite our perseverance, we have not yet been successful.

Today, I work as a Labor & Delivery nurse, helping families welcome babies into the world every day. It is an incredible privilege, but it also serves as a reminder of the dream Brooke and I are still working toward ourselves.

We are now preparing to pursue IVF. Funds raised will help cover donor sperm, IVF treatment costs, embryo creation, and embryo storage fees. Every donation, share, and word of encouragement brings us one step closer to growing our family.
