Hello, my name is Michael and my wife’s name is Leslie Ann. I am an active duty military member and she is a recently separated military vet. We are trying to start a family of our own and are unable to do it on our own. Due to complications and mistakes made during surgery done within military hospitals I can only supply semen by surgical extraction. My wife has complications as well and we have lost two children already. Our only option is TESE and IVF. The military and military insurance do not help in anyway so I am reaching out here in the hopes for some help in reducing costs. Thank you everyone that even took the time to read this.
