Campaign Story

My name is Maureen Walker and I am a 43 year old single woman who wants to adopt. I am a Christian and believe it is on my heart from The Lord . Thank you so much for taking the time to read my Fundraiser.
Adoption is something that has been near and dear to my heart for many years.
I am believing if The Lord wills this it will be!
Countless children are placed into orphanages and foster homes daily, as well on the streets daily. I may not have a husband helping me but God can and will provide if he sees fit!!
And just maybe my step towards adoption can help encourage another to step forward. We have a need for Good wholesome godly parents.

I am completing my Foster Care Classes this Month!! And hoping this is the door God has for me to bring in a new child to receive nurturing care and discipleship in a Christ centered home.
I am eager to learn more about being a Mother..  With Gods help and grace I will be able to continue in this.
Please first and foremost PRAY  for this Journey with me and if you feel led please give what The Lord leads you to. There are many Upfront expenses I will be expected to have. As The Government and state a lot about $400 per month eventually to help with the child’s clothes, diapers, food, toys, car seats, day care, medicines, and other needs that come up. I’m asking for any help you can give:
