Campaign Story

My name is Michelle and my husband and I have been trying to conceive. We have had four pregnancies and four miscarriages. We discovered that, my husband Chris, has a balanced translocation of his alleles and we have an increased chance of miscarriage. This isn’t our first marriage. I have other children but unfortunately he does not. He had tried with his previous wife, he is a widow. They never conceived. This is looking to be his only chance to have a flesh and blood child of his own. While he does love and care for my children, this is just something that means more to him than he could ever express in words. His sister has no biological children of her own and a story of her own. My husband’s blood line would end with him.
