Campaign Story

Hello! My name is Samantha, my husband is Brian, and our first IVF miracle is Everett who is about to be 4 years old! We have been together almost 13 years and married almost 2 years.

At first Brian never really wanted children until he met me and things started to get serious. Then we went almost 8 years not knowing why I wasn’t ever getting pregnant. When we finally decided we needed to figure out what was wrong we went to an OBGYN and they had us try different testing strips and things for about a year and nothing seemed to work. That is when we went to see a fertility specialist and found out I have PCOS and don’t ovulate on my own. We then did testing and tried a couple IUI treatments before going full IVF. We found a fertility center in New York and absolutely loved them!

We weren’t sure if we wanted to go through it again and have anymore but we have 14 embryos frozen and with our little one turning 4 we have decided we would love to have at least one more. Our son does ask about a brother or sister sometimes and we tell him we will make it happen if we can.

Asking for any type of help has always been hard for us as we like to do everything on our own but we always appreciate any and all help! We don’t want to ask our family as they all thought we were going to be one and done so we want this to be a surprise for all of them. They have been asking us if we changed our minds and decided to have another and we have but we always say “We aren’t sure if we want another one”
