Campaign Story

My name is Ashley and my husband Anthony and I are looking to expand our family. We met as small children playing in the creek that ran behind our childhood neighborhood. We were instant friends. We did everything together. However, when I was 10, my parents divorced and I moved out of town. My mom, sister and I moved back to the area when I was 12 as fate would have it, Anthony and I saw each other at a local store picked up as if no time had passed. It seemed throughout our entire lives, no matter where we would go, we always ran into each other again. As if destiny refused to allow us to separate. We however didn’t date. We both had different romantic partners, started families but remained good friends.

We we were both in our 20s and he was away with the Army, my daughter came home from school saying she had met her new best friend and telling me all about this little girl from her school. Little did I know, she was referencing to Anthony’s daughter Skyler. A week or so later Skyler and her mom came over for a play date. I recognized her immediately. Watching our girls play together brought back memories of my childhood with him growing up and brought me more joy than I can express in words.

Years pass by and we both ended up divorced. He reached out to me to arrange a time to get the girls together and hang out, and when we met up again, sparks flew. We both realized we had loved each other for years but timing was never correct. Fast forward to today and we are now happily married raising our girls together as sisters.

We are really hoping to expand our family together but u fortunately, I had my tubes tied in my early 20s after having had several miscarriages. With a lot of research, we have found the IVF is still an option however, we do not have the financial means to cover the cost at this time. We are asking for your assistance in helping us grow our family. I dream almost nightly of a baby with his eyes and my hair. Please help us make this dream a reality.
