Hi, we’re Ashley and Paul. We’ve dreamed of growing our family since we said “I do” in July of 2022. As active-duty military, we’re used to facing challenges head-on, but this journey to parenthood has been one of the hardest missions we’ve ever undertaken.

After Paul’s vasectomy reversal—which we were told was successful—we hoped we’d be sharing happy news quickly. But month after month, we’ve faced the quiet disappointment of another negative test. We’ve watched our savings dwindle paying for consultations and procedures out-of-pocket, because our military insurance doesn’t cover fertility treatments. Now, with time moving forward and our hopes feeling more urgent, we’ve made the difficult decision to pursue IVF. It’s our best chance, but it comes with a cost we simply can’t shoulder alone.
