Campaign Story

For as long as we can remember, we’ve dreamed of becoming parents. We’re Chris and Ashley, and our hearts are full of love—for each other, for our families, and for the little ones we hope to welcome someday. But our journey to grow our family has been filled with unexpected turns.

After a year of trying and many years of painful periods, Ashley was referred to a fertility specialist. Just four months before our wedding, we received the difficult news: we would not be able to conceive without medical help. Before starting treatment, Ashley chose to have surgery and was diagnosed with Stage 2 Endometriosis—just two weeks before we said “I do.” Still, we held onto hope. And for a beautiful, fleeting moment, it paid off. We got pregnant on our own, and our hearts soared. But that joy was followed by profound heartbreak when we lost our baby. That little one will always be a part of our story, deeply loved and never forgotten.

Since then, we’ve continued trying, but without success. Now, after much reflection and prayer, we’ve decided to begin fertility treatments. As government employees, we live a humble but happy life together. We’re so grateful for what we have—but fertility treatments come with a steep financial cost that’s beyond our means. Your support would help cover the expenses of medications, procedures, and appointments, bringing us one step closer to holding our baby in our arms.
