Campaign Story

My name is Anne and in 2014 I started to feel this deep desire for motherhoodend, but the pursuit to freeze my eggs came with the end of a long term relationship that I thought would give me the chance at being a mother as well as a medical discovery of a difficulty getting pregnant naturally. I knew I had to keep hope in my heart that one day it would come true. So I decided to move forward with freezing my eggs until I met my future husband. I was able to afford two rounds of egg retrieval. I recorded my entire IVF journey. That hope turned into a reality that wonderful day in 2019 when I met the love of my life and the opportunity to begin the joyful journey to pursue embryos. We were so excited to start our baby journey and soon those eggs became embryos in 2020. Due to the unknown dangers of the pandemic with COVID and limited services with closures, we decided to wait to do the transfer. A few bumps came as both my mother and partner underwent health challenges, which put our pursuit on hold once again. Thankfully they are both doing wonderfully today.

Needless to say, a lot of stops and starts which made me have to repeat tests. Now that my deepest support system is finally healed, we are ready to transfer those embryos.

Medical bills for a the transfer is now difficult for my partner and I due to other medical expenses. I never imagined I would ask for help in this process but here we are, on our finale.
