Welcome to My Adoption Journey

Hi, I’m Brittany.

For as long as I can remember, I have wanted to be a mom.

Family has always been one of the greatest gifts in my life. As the oldest of six children and Aunt NayNay to ten wonderful nieces and nephews, I have had the joy of watching my family grow over the years. Those relationships have only deepened my desire to one day have a family of my own.

My interest in adoption began in college as I watched friends build their families through domestic adoption, international adoption, and foster care adoption. What started as curiosity gradually became something much deeper. Over the years, adoption remained on my heart as I prayed, learned more about the process, and explored different paths to parenthood.

After years of prayer, seeking wise counsel, and exploring my options, I made the decision to pursue domestic infant adoption through Adoption Network Law Center.

While this journey may not look exactly the way I once imagined becoming a parent, I believe it is the path God has been leading me toward all along.

Adoption is a beautiful way to build a family, but it is also a journey that requires faith, patience, perseverance, and significant financial resources. From agency services and home study requirements to legal expenses, birth mother support, travel, and post-placement requirements, there are many steps involved in bringing a child home.

I am committed to approaching this journey with faith and wise stewardship. Along the way, I am investing my own resources, pursuing grants, taking on additional work opportunities, and inviting others to participate through prayer and financial support.

More than anything, my hope is to provide a loving, stable, and faith-filled home where a child is known, valued, encouraged, and deeply loved.
