Hi my name is Nikki. For the last 5 years myself my husband and our now 9 year old daughter have dealt with so much loss. I almost died from a tubal rupture at 10weeks pregnant. Had no idea until the pain hit. We’ve healed our minds but not our hearts. That was my last fallopian tube. At 35 I had hope that me and my husband would have a son. We’ve been married 11years and lost all hope until three years ago when I got a job that offered ivf benefits. Our deductible was $3,000.00 out of pocket. Not including meds we wiped our savings clean in order to continue. We had an amazing cycle. We retrieved 27 eggs all fertilized lost about 5 of them 11 were genetically tested all normal. Well at the start of what should have been my transfer I lost my job my medical and the embryos had to stay frozen and were paid up. Until this year may 3rd. 2024 we were devastated my daughter was so excited for her little brother. A year passed I have a new job offering ivf benefits. But now I have this high deductible again in order to continue. out of pocket only for deductible meds are a separate pay and I don’t need to worry about that. I’m currently paying out of pocket to keep our embabies stored until we can afford the deductible at this time I am working part time so that I can be home more to help my husband with our daughter and around the home. we’ve worked really hard to get our lives back on track struggling through set backs. Just moved into a new place been at my new job only 3 months and we are trying to free up the money hubby is the bread winner. No programs will help me with a 567 credit score and we are unable to get a co-signer. It would just truly be a blessing to be able to complete our family. Our little family of three would become a family of four and we would adopt out the unused embryos to families in need and so that they won’t just dissolve the left over embryos. Please help make our dreams come true.
