My name is Dakota and I’ve always dreamt of being a mom. Two years ago we tried to get pregnant for 6 months before seeking fertility assistance. We did three rounds of fertility meds before trying IUI. After three cycles of IUI with the trigger shot and Clomid we had no success. Now a year later I’m ready to try again but this time on my own. I’m choosing motherhood. I plan to start IVF therapy next month with donor sperm but need a little help with the financial side of things. On average IVF cost $30,000-40,000. I have part of the funds saved but fear waiting for the rest as my internal clock ticks away. I’m a labor and delivery nurse who helps others grow their families every day and now I’m ready to start my own.
