Campaign Story

Sarah & Sean, like so many other couples excited about taking that next step and becoming parents, have come to experience the many highs and lows of the fertility process that unfortunately impact so many.

Coming from careers in health care, engineering and the military and with so many friends and family who had seemingly experienced few issues with fertility, they initially believed that they had done the research, knew what to expect and had a firm grasp on what they were going to encounter along the way. But they could not have been more wrong…

So what started off as a journey that they wholeheartedly believed would be so simple and natural eventually evolved into multiple doctor visits, stacks of paperwork to fill out, seemingly endless blood work arm sticks and fertility tests (brown bagging it for those in the know) and long hours comparing and contrasting IVF Medication costs all leading to 3 different IVF cycles where all the positive results, reports and optimism experienced would each end the same way; tears, second guessing and a sense of failure but a determination to never give up and to keep moving forward.

So on their 6th Wedding Anniversary they’ve decided to take that next step in their fertility journey wherever that may take them.

However, they know that like their previous experiences like those of so many others, those next steps, be they donor eggs, surrogacy or adoption will require significant time and resources so any donation you can find in your heart to make will go far in helping Sarah & Sean to take the next step in their journey and overcome the challenges that so many Hopeful Pagents like them face! Thank you so much!
