Hi my name is Jill and recently married. I am 41 years old and my husband and I have come such a long way in our journey in life. Unfortunately at the age of 27 I made the decision to have my tubes tied after having my son. My son is now 17 but his father illegally took him and vanished and that was 7 years ago.!! I am needing help to try again! Thank you!!
