Joann is literally the strongest, kindest, most giving person I’ve ever met. She has been there for me in my time of need, and I’m sure the majority of you reading this have benefitted from her goodness as well.

Recently Joann found a breast cancer recurrence and had surgery last week. She will also be starting chemo in May. Joann does not like asking for help for herself, but a couple of her friends have insisted to create a platform for you to generously give back to Joann.

In addition to the conventional treatment she’ll be receiving, she’ll have many out of pocket expenses including $600 per visit with a specialist, rental of cool cap treatment to reduce hair loss, she may need a wig, and will be put on multiple supplements which are very expensive.

If there are funds left over, I know Joann likes organic rose water for her face, keto cookbooks, and we’d love to see her do yoga or something for her self care and maybe take her family for a weekend relaxation.

Joann is very strong and her life’s mission has always been to take care of others. Let’s come together and support our sister and her precious family.
