Campaign Story

My name is Danielle, and my wife Monika is a transgender female with no motile sperm. I am 31 years old with an AMH of 0.5 (low ovarian reserve). We have had four IUI procedures with donor sperm and all have failed. Our next step is IVF. We have decided (unwillingly) not to get pre-genetic testing due to the pricing; we received a quote of $9,900 without PGT but that does not include the cost of the donor sperm, the injections which cost roughly $4,000, the anesthesia for the retrieval, and a possible second retrieval which is a very real possibility given my low AMH. We both work full-time but our combined incomes are still not enough; we also recently bought a house which needed $50,000 in construction and repairs. Furthermore, I am BRCA-1 positive and this money can help me test my embryos for the gene. This money will help us implant the healthiest embryos, buy sperm so we can do the IVF, and afford the medications to boost our chances. Please help us!
