Their Story Begins…
Once upon a time, there was a little boy named Parker who loved to run, play, and dream big—until one day, at just four years old, his world changed with a diagnosis of leukemia. He fought bravely through treatment and entered remission, only to face an even harder battle a year later when the cancer returned. This time, he needed a bone marrow transplant. With grit, love, and a warrior’s spirit, Parker survived.

A Love Story Built on Strength
Years passed. Parker grew into a kind, compassionate young man with a heart for helping others. In high school, he met Khristin—a driven, smart, kind, and beautiful young woman who lit up every room she entered. Their bond was instant and deep. Two years after graduation, they were married—ready to take on life, side by side.

Today, Khristin is an incredible first-grade teacher, shaping young minds with patience and love. Parker, inspired by his own journey, works as a medical assistant in oncology while studying for his bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration. Together, they’ve built a life rooted in love, service, and quiet strength.

A New Chapter: Adoption
Now, they’re ready for their next chapter: starting a family through adoption.

Because of the effects of Parker’s childhood cancer treatment, adoption is the most hopeful path forward—and one they are deeply excited about. But as many know, adoption is both beautiful and expensive.

During Parker’s hardest days battling cancer, one song that brought hope and peace was “Believe” by Josh Groban. That same belief is now carrying Parker and Khristin forward as they hope to grow their family through adoption.
