Hello My name is Ashley and I was diagnosed with PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome) I have dealt with the effects of this my whole life but where it really hit home is when Luke and I wanted to have a family!

May 2016 Luke and I started our journey to become parents and we are six years into our journey and it has not been easy as infertility is NEVER easy. It has been a long road 1 failed IVF cycle, one successful IVF cycle that led to 2 healthy embryos, one embryo transfer that led to a pregnancy in 10/2021 but was followed by a miscarriage at 9 weeks. We have one more embryo frozen and waiting on us!

We were made aware of a bill that insurance was not going to pick up just day before the last May 2016 Luke and I started our journey to become parents and we are six years into our journey and it has not been easy as infertility is NEVER easy. We have one more embryo frozen and waiting on us!

I started medication 3/5 to start the frozen embryo transfer process again. I did all the blood work and then I received our bill that would need to be paid before we could move forward. Unfortunately we just don’t have any way to come up with $10k give or take, in the next 45 days so we have put our dreams of being a mom and dad on hold while we explore financial options.

This was the last thing I wanted to resort to. I know these sources are out here for a reason but it hurts my heart to even ask for any financial support. I am making this as we do have friends and family who have asked us to create this so that they can support our journey.  which we are currently working to pay off.. a $4k bill (my family had raised $700 in secret for us as they know we would never ask and I still cry thinking about the amazing gesture that was to help us out!!) Luckily the clinic let is make payments and continue with our last transfer.
