Campaign Story

My name is Kristen and having children has always been a dream of mine—a dream that has grown stronger over the years. Now, at 34, time is of the essence. My husband, who is a bit older than me, had a vasectomy before we were married, making our journey to parenthood more complex. Despite this challenge, we both long to expand our family.

In addition to the vasectomy, I recently discovered that one of my fallopian tubes is hidden behind my uterus, which explains why I haven’t been able to conceive before now. After consulting with doctors, we’ve learned that IUI (Intrauterine Insemination) is the best path forward for us.

My husband and I already have two beautiful bonus children from his previous marriage, and they have filled our lives with so much joy. We love them deeply and want nothing more than to bring another precious blessing into our family. However, the costs of fertility treatments are overwhelming, and insurance offers no assistance.

As a full-time student pursuing my bachelor’s degree in social work and my husband working as a manager and mechanic at a tire and auto store, our resources are stretched thin. We are asking for your help to make this dream a reality. Your support would mean the world to us, allowing us to create the family we’ve always dreamed of and share our love with a new life.
