Hello friends✨ really appreciate you being here! My name is Cierra, and my husband Joshua and I just got married 03/02/2026. We’ve been together a little over 7 years. We’ve been trying to build our family now for a little over 3 years. I have been diagnosed with PCOS, and am about to have laparoscopic surgery to look for endometriosis. My husband Joshua was born with a chromosomal abnormality called Kleinfelters syndrome. This comes with non obstructive azospermia. He’s had all the testing done, and our only option is to have a micro-tese done for him and hopefully IVF to follow. Insurance covers absolutely nothing and we are looking at a $10,000 surgery before IVF is even an option. Anything helps to hopefully getting us one step closer to our miracle baby🫶 Joshua and I want nothing more in life than to become the best parents possible
