Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Strangers,

This isn’t easy to write, but we are opening our hearts to ask for something deeply personal—your support, your prayers, and if you are able, your help in making our dream of becoming parents come true.

Our names are Carlie and Markus. We met later in life, after many years of praying and hoping to find the right person. When we finally found each other, it felt like everything we had been waiting for suddenly made sense. Love arrived—just in time. We were married in 2023 and began building our life together with so much joy and gratitude.
Now, we are dreaming of the next step—starting a family of our own.

We are currently on the journey toward IVF (in vitro fertilization)—a path that has brought us hope, heartache, and unwavering love. Starting a family has always been something we’ve dreamed about, but the road has been anything but easy. After years of trying, countless doctor visits, and emotional ups and downs, IVF has become our best and only option to hold a child of our own in our arms.

Unfortunately, as many know, IVF is not only emotionally and physically demanding, but financially overwhelming. The costs add up quickly—consultations, procedures, medications, follow-ups—all of it adds to a burden that feels impossible to carry alone.

That’s why we are turning to our community. Whether we’ve known you for a lifetime or you’ve just come across our story, we are humbly asking for your help. Any donation, big or small, brings us one step closer to our future child. And if you are unable to give financially, we kindly ask for your prayers and love to surround us during this incredibly vulnerable time.

This is more than a fundraiser—it’s a part of our dream, a step on the road to something we’ve longed for with all our hearts. One day, when we’re finally holding our baby, we will be able to tell them just how many kind souls helped bring them into this world.
