Campaign Story

My name is Rebecca and I am 39 years old. I have kids from my first marriage, but due to the divorce agreement I don’t have them with me. I got remarried and have been living with my husband in South Africa, far away from my kids. My husband’s wants to have a child of his own, and I can’t deny him that. Even though I’ve had my tubes tied and his sperm count is very low, we still dream of completing our family here in South Africa. We can’t afford IVF treatment, as living in South Africa is a battle on its own. It’s been very hard for me. But the idea of nurturing a little bundle of joy overwhelms us each day. This is my husband’s ultimate dream: to be called “daddy”. And myself, well, I just want a reason to keep on living. ?
