Campaign Story

My name is Ryan Strauss I am an American, who had been living in Hong Kong for 10 years from 23-32 and meet the love of my wife over there a local women. During the pandemic we had to move back to the US. Got married in 2020 then moved to the US in 2021. Ever since getting married we tried naturally at home to get pregent and failed. After that we went through a fertility center and did IUI, but first found out my wife had thyroid issue and Polyps which had to be taken care of first. After this was all taken care of we did our first IUI cycle and successful got pregnant, but then at 7 month we lost the baby which was very hard on us both. After that we took a little time off for her to recover then we found out I had a genetic disorder so we had to switch to IVF. We have just completed our first IVF cycle with no successful eggs, which means we will have to do this again and it’s a big burden on our pockets. My wife is only a school teacher with no experience in the US so her salary is low. This is why we are asking for you to help us fund this journey to parenthood. I know she will be a great mother and I’ll be a great father someday if we can make this happen.
