Campaign Story

I hope all is well with you. Since 2017, I have been struggling with endometriosis. I have had two surgeries. My last surgery was on February 29, 2024 and that’s when I received the news that IVF would be my only way to ever be able to have a child. I have been struggling with infertility in silence for too long and I want to take my voice back. In order to build my family, I need fertility treatments, but the costs are just too much to handle right now. Infertility is emotionally draining, to say the least, and it’s only compounded by the financial strain. I often ask myself, “Why me?” as I scroll through pregnancy announcements on social media. My ultimate dream is to be a mother and I know I can get there.

To make my dream a reality, I am fundraising for fertility treatments through the Gift of Parenthood. I hope to raise $15,000 to make my journey to parenthood possible. My wife and I have been married for six years, and our hopes and dreams are for me to be able to experience the gift of giving birth to my own baby.
