My name is Ashley, and my husband and I are dreaming of a baby to call our own. He is an incredible stepdad to my two children, and together, we long to complete our family with a little one we can share.

Our path to parenthood holds a unique challenge. Several years ago, after leaving an abusive relationship, I made a permanent decision for my health and safety: a bilateral salpingectomy, which removed my fallopian tubes. At the time, it felt like the right choice, but now, with my loving husband, it stands as a physical barrier to the pregnancy we ache for. The desire for a child together is a deep, constant hope—one that sometimes feels overwhelming.

IVF is our only chance to have a biological child. It’s a medical miracle that offers us hope, but the cost is daunting. As a couple in our early thirties, facing the financial reality of this process is terrifying. Every donation will go directly toward the IVF procedure—the medications, the appointments, and the embryo transfer—bringing us one crucial step closer to holding our baby.
