Campaign Story

My name is Sara. I am posting on behalf of my best friend. She wanted to be kept Anonymous so I will refer to her as Jenny. Jenny always dreamed of having beautiful children of her own since she was a teen. After she found the perfect soul mate and married at 26 they started trying to have a baby right after. After two years of trying naturally with ovulation kits, getting blood work, etc they ended no where. She went through two failed IUI rounds. After seeing multiple fertility doctors, one finally recommended doing a Myomectomy based off of seeing fibroids in MRI scan. She scheduled that as soon as possible not worrying about how painful it might be, because all she was focused on was getting pregnant afterwards with a healthy baby. I have seen her husband support her tremendously throughout this tough journey of theirs. One of the fibroids removed caused her right tube to be completely closed. Now with one tube open, after her surgery, she did another round of IUI and unfortunately was not successful. She has been now getting depressed but still not loosing hope and praying to God for her miracle baby. After spending so much money on treatments and surgery, they do not have enough to support a round of IVF. She is only 30 years old and diagnosed with infertility. They have been trying for 4 years now with no luck. All money raised will go directly to IVF treatment, which they are looking forward to and hoping to do as soon as they have enough funds put together.
