My name is Tiffany, Me and My partner Kyle are currently trying to conceive. Kyle is a female-to- male, transman which means he can not reproduce naturally. Kyle has wanted to be a father for many years now but we have had many failed attempts at sperm donations. We have decided that IVF is the best thing to look into at this point.
