Campaign Story

Our infertility journey started almost 2 and a half years ago. Josh and I decided that the timing was right and we wanted to start our family together. Just over a year after we started trying I finally got what I hoped for every month; a positive pregnancy test. Unfortunately, our excitement was short-lived because shortly after that we found out the pregnancy was ectopic.

I was lucky enough to have caught the ectopic early so I was able to preserve my fallopian tube (where the pregnancy implanted). We started trying again as soon as we got the okay from my OBGYN. Unfortunately, we still have not been successful. Our diagnosis is unexplained infertility with possible mild male factor.

We just recently had our third failed IUI. We will soon have to move on to IVF. Our income is limited because I am the sole income for our household. Josh has intractable (medication-resistant) epilepsy and is unable to work.

This journey has been filled with heartbreak and disappointment, but we are still holding out hope of making our dream of becoming parents a reality. We would be so incredibly thankful for any assistance we can get.
