Campaign Story

Hi my name is Krystal, I’m 43 with stage IV Endometriosis. Currently not dating to have children but knows that it takes time to get to know someone to get to that level in a relationship. Meaning it could take another 3 years before I meet my future husband. Based on my age, you can see that my biological clock is ticking and I need to get the ball rolling ASAP before it’s too late. I have been wanting children since my mid thirties but no luck with meeting the right guy. I prayed that God would lead me to an organization that could help me with my IVF journey based on my disease. I always knew in my heart that I would be a great mom and struggled for a while when I was diagnosed. I’m seeing that there is a light at the end of the tunnel and feel that my prayers will be answered. When I say I love kids, I mean I LOVE kids!!! Starting at the age 12 I always asked my aunt or some of my cousins when they had their children to let me babysit. Even with their kids only being literally one month old, this is how I knew growing up I would make a great mom and wanted kids. I didn’t mind staying home to take care of them. This is how much I ENJOY it!!! Knowing that I can’t conceive children on my own, I’m extremely grateful for organizations like this that help support people like me that struggle with infertility.
