Campaign Story

My partner Elizabeth and I, Erica, are trying to conceive via Reciprocal IVF. We are using her eggs and my uterus, and we have exhausted all of our savings and only have a small stretch to go to make our dream come true. We need funds for frozen embryo transfer and my portion of medications. We didn’t know if we would ever have this opportunity as i have suffered with Crohn’s Disease for many years. Earlier this year I had a scope done and found that my new treatment has put me into remission for the first time in 10 years. We finally have a window to conceive safely. We have only ever been able to count on each other, so reaching out for support feels unnatural. We do so much for others and we’re always saying that someday all the good will come back to us.
