“Write the vision and make it plain…” — Habakkuk 2:2

We believe deeply in faith, vision, and intentional preparation. This fundraiser represents us writing our vision plainly—our vision of family, legacy, and new life—and taking faithful, practical steps to bring that vision to pass.

We are a married couple who have been together for four years and married for nearly two. From the very beginning, building a family together has been one of our greatest hopes. After years of trying to conceive, we have learned that in vitro fertilization (IVF) is our best opportunity to welcome a child into our marriage.

Our journey has required both emotional resilience and physical preparation. As part of preparing my body for pregnancy, I underwent a myomectomy to remove fibroids, following medical guidance to create the healthiest environment possible for a future pregnancy. This step required faith, patience, recovery, and commitment, but it reflects how seriously we are taking this journey and our willingness to do the work necessary to build our family.

Family means everything to us. My husband is a veteran and the second oldest of five siblings. He is the only one without children and is a loving, present uncle to his nieces and nephews. His parents are getting older and hope to see him experience fatherhood. I am the oldest of five siblings and became a mother at a very young age. While I am grateful for my children, I did not have the opportunity to fully embrace motherhood with the stability and wisdom I now have. This journey feels like a second chance—one filled with intention, growth, and gratitude.

We are fundraising because the financial cost of IVF is more than we can manage alone. Despite careful planning and personal sacrifice, treatment and medication expenses remain a significant barrier. Through this fundraiser, we are inviting our community to partner with us as we take this step of faith toward becoming parents together.

We believe that what we prepare for in faith, we will one day hold in our arms. This fundraiser is not just about treatment—it is about hope, perseverance, and believing that our vision of family will come to life.
