Campaign Story

My name is Brittany, and my husbands name is Max. We have been together for 5 years. We got married on October 2, 2021. Ever since we’ve been together, we’ve been talking about having kids. Max is 1 of 8, all adopted. I am 1 of 5, 2 of them are adopted, and I come from a huge family (my great grandma and grandpa had 16 kids). We started trying to build our family pretty much right when we got married. After about a year and a half of trying, we decided to look into why we hadn’t conceived yet. Max did a semen analysis and found out there weren’t any sperm in his semen. We saw a urologist who specializes in male infertility, and it was confirmed that Max has no sperm is ejaculation. The next step is that he will have to do the mTESE procedure where they hope they can find sperm hiding in the tissue of the testicles. If that isn’t the case, we are hoping to adopt.
