To whom it may Cocern,

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Lisa, and I’m reaching out with an open heart and a humble request for your support. As a 34-year-old woman who has worked tirelessly to build a strong, stable, and loving life, I am now facing an obstacle that I can’t overcome alone.

I come from a background of adversity. My family has struggled with addiction, and my upbringing wasn’t easy. But despite the challenges, I’ve spent the last 34 years of my life working on myself—healing, growing, and learning how to be the best version of myself. I’ve focused on creating a life that will give a child the love, stability, and security they deserve—everything I didn’t have growing up.

Recently, I achieved a huge milestone—I bought my first home. It’s a safe, stable environment where I can create a nurturing, loving space for a future child to grow up in. But as I began to think about becoming a mother, I was faced with another challenge that no amount of hard work or planning could have prepared me for: I was diagnosed with poor ovarian reserve in 2022. In short, my eggs are no longer viable, and my options for having biological children are limited.

After much consideration, I’ve learned that my best shot at having a child is through embryo transfer, which costs approximately $15,000. Alternatively, IVF with donor eggs, which is the path I am leaning toward, will cost around $30,000. I’ve already gone through one unsuccessful IUI procedure in 2022, and I now find myself turning to IVF as the next step in fulfilling my dream of becoming a mother.

This journey is one that requires not just financial resources, but emotional and physical strength. I’m committed to becoming the best mother I can be, offering the kind of love and support I never had growing up. But the cost of fertility treatments is a significant hurdle, and I’m reaching out to my community for help.

If you feel moved to contribute to this dream, any donation—no matter the size—would be deeply appreciated. Your support will not only help me achieve the opportunity to have a child, I would forever be grateful. I do have BCBS health Insurance that i pay for through work but unfortunately it doesnt cover IVF and i dont live in a state where its mandated.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story, and for considering helping me on this journey. Your kindness means the world to me.

With gratitude,
Lisa Pelletier
