Campaign Story

My name is Nicole and my husband Phillip and I have been on this fertility journey for the last 3 years with two pregnancies that ended in miscarriages and 3 rounds of IUI that was unsuccessful. We are thankful to have two amazing pups as our fur babies and can’t wait to one day be parents to a beautiful baby. We are embarking on our IVF journey soon with time not on our side with my age. We got married in 2020 and  we are just starting out exploring life together and want to be parents more than anything. I feel that may be the missing piece. I celebrate life everyday because 8 years ago I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. I had a total thyroidectomy in 2015 which changed my life forever. It’s still taking me years to get comfortable with the side effects of not having a thyroid and all that comes with it but I am thankful and grateful every day I am now cancer free. It has been a rough go since 2015 but finding purpose in life and wanting to be a mother one day  with my husband who is an amazing man and will be an amazing father, is our end goal.
