My Dear Friends,

I come to you today with a personal request. I have been diagnosed with diminished ovarian reserve, which will make conceiving a child naturally very challenging.

As a woman in my early 40’s this affects approximately 25-30% of women my age. It was heartbreaking news to receive, as becoming a mother has been my deepest desire.

Over the past five years, I have poured my heart and soul into trying to start a family. My efforts have been met with recurring disappointment each month. I have faced this struggle privately up until now.

Seeking the advice of fertility specialists, I have learned IVF is the best option for me to finally fulfill my dream of having a baby. It took me three years to accept that I needed IVF. When I accepted this, I found a promising clinic and we will start IVF in January

Asking for help is not easy and we are so grateful to have so many supportive people in our lives. Your generous contribution and support will not only help us financially but will provide the hope and strength that we need to keep moving forward with faith and hope.
