Campaign Story

For 6 long years, we have put off starting a family due to the cost of what it would take to get us there. Being a same sex couple has it’s challenges already and this was one that we kept putting off until it was the right time. I have come to learn over this time span that it will never be the right time, and that we will always find a way to make it work! Madeline and I have been together for over 6 years and have always talked about starting a family. I come from a family of no siblings and she comes from one with 3! As we have grown in our marriage, so has the thought of building a family. She has decided to go back to school to better our family in the future but has taken her income out of the family picture to be able to go to school full time. This has stretched us pretty thin but we (quite literally) can’t wait any longer as we get older. It will be about 3-4k each month we try to conceive, and when Madeline goes through the process in a few years that will also be the same case.

My numbers are not impossible, but lower than we expected for my age and time is of the essence!
