Campaign Story

Hi my name is Yary, I am 26 years old. My partner Michael (25) and I have been together for 6 years. We both knew we were ready to start a family. Michael scheduled an appointment and got referred to the specialists where he was told his sperm count was very low, fortunately with medicine his sperm is now healthy. When I went for labs and ultrasound for the first time, I was told my egg count was very low.The specialist told me if I wanted to have children I would need to start as soon as possible. I was given medicine to induce ovulation and see if I would conceive on my own, it wasn’t successful. I later had a HSG done where they found out my Fallopian tubes are blocked. We were given two options; Surgery to unblock my tubes or IVF. My insurance doesn’t cover IVF so we decided to go with surgery success rates are high and it was more affordable for us. Sadly, surgery was unsuccessful and IVF is my only option. We decided to do IVF with a fresh transfer. We were very excited to be a step closer to having our baby. My specialist was able to take 3 eggs  out which was excellent news! From the 3 eggs two fertilized ! Hearing this my family ,Michael and I were filled with joy. We knew this was a huge step and couldn’t be any happier. I had my embryos transferred and was told to wait couple days for a pregnancy test. Those 2 weeks felt like forever we were so excited yet nervous for results. My pregnancy test came back negative. We are heart broken that our IVF treatment failed and our dream to have our miracle baby has to be put on hold. I know things happen for a reason and God has a timing for everything. We are not giving up on our family and have faith that this will work with help of God, Specialist and nurses. We all know that IVF is expensive so we ask for your help , even a share or simply prayer will be appreciated.
