Hi everyone my name is Shannon and my husband and I suffer from infertility due to scar tissue caused by my PCOS. To say this has been an incredibly difficult journey and experience would be an understatement. It has been a test of fate and a test of strength and I would be lying if I said that I still felt strong against this diagnosis. My journey has not been any harder than any other woman out there also struggling to have a baby. We are all hurting and we are all struggling just trying to smile and stay strong and have faith every day. We have gotten our hopes up several times, I have purchased the most beautiful pieces for the perfect announcement box for husband fully thinking this is was it, to doing 4 rounds of IUI all of which failed, we then found out we needed IVF and were set to start in a week when we then found out the insurance we were sure would help cover us would not. It truly seems that for every step forward that we made we were dragged 10 steps backwards. It just feels like we keep hitting all these walls. But I will say that I have come to a point in my journey where I know that this is not just about me this is also about my husband and the fact that he too wants to be the best dad he can be to the beautiful child we will ultimately create together. I want this for him just as bad as I want this for me. I want this for us to a fulfill the life long dream of finally starting our own family and we hope that you might be willing to help us achieve this dream!
