Hello, My name is Teraelyn and I’m fundraising for my aunt Latrice and her spouse.

My aunt has struggled over the years to conceive a baby. She has been to many doctors to receive infertily treatment without much success.

A few years ago, with the help from fertility pills, my aunt Latrice had recieved the news she had been waiting for. Latrice made an ER visit due to not feeling well, she thought maybe she had the flu but learned she was indeed pregnant. She was so excited with tears and joy.

Her excitement and joy would soon come to an end quickly as she learned by doctors that her HCG levels were not increasing and one of her fallopian tubes was completely closed.

Latrice was so devastated and heart broken as her doctor had strongly recommended to terminate the pregnancy due to a tubal pregnancy.

After making difficult decision to terminate her pregnancy. Latrice completed a surgery to reopen her left fallopian tube that was completely closed and also to remove multiple fibroids in her uterus.

A couple of months from having the surgery she was informed by doctors the fallopian tube that was reopened had closed again.

Since my aunt and uncle have continued to struggle to conceive.

Baby-making is supposed to be a beautiful time in a woman’s life, full of emotional closeness, gleeful and anticipation. But for my aunt it hasn’t been, with dealing with the complications to conceive along with the lost of her first and only pregnancy.

Latrice wanted to give up, as her hopes to ever become a mother had filled her heart with so much emptiness.

Latrice is a caring and loving spouse, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She has shown so much love mentally and financially to everyone and including their babies.
