**Dear Friends, Family, and Supporters,**

We are Alyssa and Matt D., and after seven years of trying to conceive, we’re turning for support in our journey to start a family.

Despite overcoming my battle with Hashimoto’s Thyroid Disease, I’ve recently been diagnosed with Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH), a condition affecting fertility. While this has been a challenge, we’re grateful to have 15 healthy eggs and are moving forward with IVF. Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia affects about 1 in 10,000 to 18,000 births. It can impact hormone production, ovulation, and fertility, but modern treatments like IVF offer hope for those with the condition.

Our IVF journey was paused to care for Matt’s father during his battle with terminal cancer, which drained our savings. Now that his health has improved, we’re ready to resume our fertility treatment, but we need financial support to continue.
