Campaign Story
My name is Rachel, and my husband Nick and I have been trying to become parents for the past four years. We’ve been through multiple rounds of IUI over the last two years, and after navigating the challenges of infertility, we’ve found hope through donor embryo transfer—a path we never anticipated but are so grateful exists.
We’re working with Nashville Fertility Center and preparing for a frozen embryo transfer in January 2026. This means we’ll receive embryos generously donated by another family, giving us the chance to experience pregnancy and welcome a baby into our lives.
We’re facing approximately $9,400 in procedure costs after using our available FSA funds, plus additional expenses for medications. We have several fertility grant applications ready to submit when they open in January. The expenses include the transfer procedure, lab work, medications, and monitoring appointments throughout the process.
Nick works full-time and I run a small marketing business while also caring for my mom. Between supporting my mother and keeping the business going, finances are stretched thin, but we’re doing everything we can to make this happen.
We’re incredibly hopeful and grateful for any support—whether that’s a donation, sharing our campaign with others who might want to help, or keeping us in your thoughts as we take this exciting step toward parenthood.
