Campaign Story

My name is Sandy. My husband and I have been trying to conceive a child together since we hot married in 2004. We were so excited when I got pregnant right away. Then a month later we found out it was ectopic. We tried again several times and each time it was the same result. I’ve been to doctors and specialists. The last ectopic I didn’t even know I was pregnant. I for my cycle as usual. Then one day I was in excruciating pain. I went to the emergency room and was told I had another ectopic and this time it ruptured my tube and I had ti be taken for emergency surgery to remove it . The baby was big enough ti have a Heartbeat. The doctor gave us a picture. I wanted to end my life but kept going.
We Then tried IVF. We had another savings to try 1 time. It failed. Our marriage Then started to go south and we even separated. We needed the time apart and now have found our way back to each other. We decided to try IVF one more time but with an open mind. We are more prepared if the outcome is not what we want. We are stronger than ever now. We also want to increase our chances with donor eggs. Our insurance is very limited and will not pay for IVF. We have some savings but nit enough to cover everything . We just need a little help to make our family complete . I want nothing else but to have a child with my husband. He deserves it. I have 1 son age 24 that I had with someone from a very bad relationship. My husband took us in when my son was only 2 years old. He raised him as his own and treated him as such. But my husband’s desire is to have a piece of himself left in this world before he leaves it. I want that as well. Please help with anything you can. Even $5 will help. Help our IVF dream come true.
