My name is Sarah Hankins, I have what they call PDD ( perinatal depression disorder. ) I am paralyzed with the thought that I cannot have anymore children due to me not being able to afford the surgery to have more. If you could find it in your heart to help me, I would be forever grateful and it won’t be forgotten. Thank you.
