Help Us Build Our Family: A Journey Through Infertility and Hope

For as long as I can remember, I’ve dreamed of becoming a mother. My husband, Ryan, and I have spent months trying to conceive, but my battle with endometriosis and celiac disease has made that journey incredibly difficult. Every month, I endure excruciating pain as my body reminds me of the condition that stands in the way of our dream. The cramps feel like knives twisting inside me, leaving me doubled over in agony. Some days, I can’t even get out of bed.

Endometriosis isn’t just painful—it’s an uphill battle to get the right care. I have spent years searching for doctors who take my symptoms seriously, only to be met with dismissal and frustration. Each appointment, test, and failed treatment chips away at my hope. The cost of fertility treatments is overwhelming, yet it’s the only path left for us to have the family we so desperately want.

On top of this, my father’s passing has made this journey even harder. I longed for him to see me become a mother, to hold his grandchild in his arms. Losing him has left a hole in my heart, but it has also deepened my desire to build the family I have always dreamed of.
