Hello, my name is Brandi and I have a hormonal disorder called Polycystic ovary syndrome also known as PCOS. This disorder has no cure and can cause a list of lifetime problems to include: menstrual irregularities, obesity, infertility, facial hair, and acne. It can also increase your chance of becoming diabetic. Through lab work we have also discovered we have slight male factor infertility to include very low motility and morphology all of which effect the chances of an egg becoming fertilized without help. My husband and I have been trying to conceive since 2016. I have been through two surgeries, countless blood draws, 8 IUIs with one ending in miscarriage in early 2020. We have exhausted all our savings to continue treatment as we do not have insurance coverage. We have reached the point of IVF as our next step. We are asking for any help in softening the financial burden that comes with this type of treatment and helping us grow our little family.
