Campaign Story

We are a couple of teachers from Chile. We moved to the US so I can study and we stay because there were better opportunities for us here than in Chile, working as teachers. We always talked about having kids, but due to a very difficult situation in our home country, we paused the decision. As teacher, we earned very little, unless you work 2 or 3 other jobs.
Now, here in the US we have a better life and we open again the conversation about having kids. Sadly, it has been very difficult to get pregnant due to our age and other medical matters. We were told that IVF is our best (and probably the only one) option we have. We want to at least try to go this path before considering other options.
The treatment is expensive so we need all the economical support we can since our insurance won’t cover most of the expenses because our decision of choosing IVF is “no medical”.
